NOIC is in the business of pipeline transportation of petroleum products as well as storage and handling in the Company’s depots. The Company has depots in strategic sites around Zimbabwe, namely Bulawayo, Mutare, Beitbridge, Msasa and Mabvuku. NOIC has blending facilities at its depots and undertakes blending services on behalf of its clients. They are our strategic Zimbabwean infrastructure development partner.

INDENI Energy Company Limited is a State-owned Enterprise (SOE) and it is located in Ndola on the Copperbelt Province, Zambia. INDENI is a member of the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC), an investments holding company established by the Government of the Republic of Zambia (GRZ). From 1973, the company was a petroleum refinery until 2022, when Government policy changed that prompted it to transform into a bulk procurer, exporter and distributor of finished petroleum products. The overall mandate of INDENI’s business evolved from refining to being an Oil Marketing Company(OMC), aimed at filling the gap that the Government’s withdrawal created in the supply of petroleum products to the Zambian market. INDENI is our strategic Zambian infrastructure development partner.
